Hi, my name is Julia. I think my main strength is to never give up. Believe me, I know how cliché that sounds. But that’s all I ever remember about myself. My English used to be horrible, disastrous and even a little bit embarrassing. I was also a very shy and anxious kid, so it was a nightmare and a great deal of sweating to present something in front of the class. But for some bizarre reason I always told everyone I wanted to act (in English!). There was no way in hell anyone believed I could do that. But a few years later I was teaching English and acting in an English speaking theatre in Kyiv. I’m also into psychology and like digging deeply into my character, so don’t be surprised when I talk my fellow actor to death with all the existential questions. Oh, and yes, I am that weirdo that crushes her knees for an intense “rollerblade” scene of a student film and keeps falling for, I don’t know, 30 takes from different angles, perhaps. My point is, you cannot stop a stubborn kamikaze and I will see you one way or another:)
