My name is Diana and I am a photographer and art director from Ukraine. I have moved to London after a few excruciating months in Ukraine, including working as a photographer on the frontline, and am looking for a job as a photographer, art director, content creator or developer. A little bit about me so you feel happy recommending or hiring me:
– Took my first photo when I was 4;
– lawyer in my previous life;
– 10 years of art directing and executing creative and social projects;
– perfect knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, 4K videos;
– Goddess of lighting technical materials and lamps;
– curator of projects and assembler of art project teams.
Here’s also a couple of projects over the past few years that I am particularly proud of: Not like other she is a project to draw the attention to the women whose bodies have their own special uniqueness. About 15% of the world’s population has various forms of disability, in Ukraine this figure reaches about 3 million people (now obvs higher). I helped the women who participated in the project feel confident and attractive despite all their unconventional features. The participants like Paralympic wheelchair champion Ulyana Pcholkina or supermodel Yuliana Yusuf with a nevus have overcome many challenges and could inspire other women through their achievements and positive attitude. https://www.behance.net/gallery/146686547/The-one
Women-Warriors was created to draw attention to female soldiers, front-line women who perform military duties on an equal footing with men, but are often neglected. The heroines of the project are all serving in the military and/or war veterans from the Union “Women’s Veretan Movement” https://divoche.media/2020/10/14/zhinka-voyin-nasampered-zhinka/
In Ukraine, statues and cultural monuments are entombed in sandbags to ensure their survival against the missiles and bombs of war. In London, the displaced United Ukrainian Ballet will take to the stage, showing that displaced Ukrainian performers cannot be defeated. The ‘Defiant Dancer’ brings this to life. Ukrainian ballerinas, representing the powerful culture and ideas of their homeland will pose with pride among hundreds of protecting sandbags. https://www.behance.net/gallery/155415619/Defiant-Dancer-Installation
Plus good old commercial photography. Multiple campaigns for Vogue, New York Times, Dove etc ranging from commercial products to President Zelenskiy https://www.behance.net/diandrunyk I love working and am looking for a job here in the UK.
