Serafima is a Ukrainian producer that was born in Kyiv. She began her career as an agency producer 10 years ago before joining the award-winning service production company Radioaktive Film. As a service production producer, Serafima worked alongside globally regarded production companies such as Anonymous Content, Stink, Iconoclast, Riff Raff, Radical Media, and many more.
During the work process, Serafima operates as a creative partner for a director, trying to understand the creative idea and director’s vision deeply. She always looks for the best production solutions and keeps production value high.
Serafima possesses a high level of responsibility, management skills, and energy, enthusiastic about managing large crews, complex logistics, and creating positive client experience.
After the full-scale Russian war started in Ukraine in February 2022, Serafima moved to the UK and now working as a freelance producer in London.
